1. Sponsor

The Letters to Santa Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Little Travelers LLC, Somers Point, NJ (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on December 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on December 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding where prohibited by law.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, partners providing prizes, and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all required fields on the official entry form provided by Sponsor.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Automated, fraudulent, or duplicated entries are void.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on December 22, 2025, from all eligible entries received.

Participants may only win one (1) prize. If an entrant is selected more than once during the drawing process, a redraw will be performed, and an alternate winner will be chosen.

6. Winner Notification & Requirements

Winners will be notified via the email address supplied on the entry form.

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate.

If:

a notification email bounces,

the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or

the winner declines the prize,

the Sponsor will select an alternate winner.

To claim a prize, winners must reply to Sponsor’s email and provide a valid mailing address. All prizes will be sent by mail.

Prize Fine Print:

Some prizes may contain terms, expiration dates, or usage restrictions provided by the issuing business.

Winner is responsible for reading and complying with all fine print supplied by each prize partner.

No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prize permitted unless determined by Sponsor.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final;

release and hold harmless Sponsor and all prize partners from any liability arising from participation or prize fulfillment;

allow Sponsor to use their first name and town for winner announcements unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

9. Compliance With New Jersey Law

This Promotion is intended to comply with the requirements for a legal sweepstakes in the State of New Jersey and federal law, including:

No-purchase-necessary rule (to avoid classification as an illegal lottery).

Random drawing required for sweepstakes.

Clear disclosure of rules, dates, eligibility, odds, and prizes (NJ Advertising Regulations: N.J.A.C. 13:45A).

Compliance with general consumer protection laws and the NJ Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act.

Email communication and data collection consistent with the NJ Consumer Fraud Act and CAN-SPAM standards.

10. Privacy

Information supplied by participants will be used to operate the Promotion, including but not limited to contacting winners, and sending Santa’s response, if applicable.
